浙江方圆检测集团股份有限公司珠宝潮奢事业部成立于1994年，附设浙江省黄金珠宝饰品质量检验中心及国家电子商务消费品质量检验检测中心（浙江），是经CNAS、CMA双认证的国有第三方检测机构，承担浙江省珠宝玉石贵金属饰品标准化技术委员会秘书处工作，主导或参与制修订《珍珠 鉴定》《饰品 标识》《珍珠 分级》《鸡血石制品 分级》《鸡血石 鉴定》《物理硬化高纯度黄金手镯》等多项国家标准、行业标准及“浙江制造”标准，在行业标准化建设中发挥着核心引领作用。
珠宝潮奢事业部现有员工60余人，拥有正高级、高级工程师12人，注册国家珠宝质量检验师5人及FGA、DGA、GIA等国际资质专家。拥有各类珠宝鉴定、钻石分级、贵金属检测、化学分析仪器及设备400多台套，能够开展常见百余种珠宝玉石饰品检测；钻石4C分级、翡翠分级、珍珠分级和鸡血石分级；金、银、铂、钯等贵金属和仿真饰品的无损及仲裁检测，具有首饰安全技术要求规定的镍释放量、有害元素总含量等物理、化学相关全部检测能力；常见红木制品及沉香等珍贵木材的材质鉴定；市场管理、电商风险监测中心等政府部门产品质量监督抽查样品检测；电商平台品控抽查委托检测等检测业务。另外，开展自愿性产品认证，珠宝玉石鉴定培训教学，珠宝首饰价值评估等非检测类业务。在珍珠、鸡血石、青田石、合成钻石等领域承担了多项省级科研项目，已获发明专利6项，发表论文50余篇，其中SCI/EI收录论文28篇。

About the Institution
Established in 1994, the division is affiliated with the Zhejiang Gold & Gem Quality Inspection Center and also functions as the National E-commerce Consumer Product Quality Inspection and Testing Center (Zhejiang). It is a state‑owned third‑party testing institution accredited by CNAS and CMA, and serves as the secretariat of the Zhejiang Provincial Technical Committee on Standardization for Jewelry, Jade, and Precious Metal Adornments (ZJ/TC87), leading or participating in the development of multiple national standards, industry standards, and "Zhejiang Made" standards, including Cultured pearl – Testing, Adornment – Mark, Cultured pearl grading, Products of Chicken‑blood Stone Grading, Chicken‑blood Stone – Testing, and High fineness gold bangle by physical hardening, playing a pivotal role in industry standardization.
The division currently employs over 60 staff members, including 12 professionals with senior professional titles, 5 nationally registered gemstone quality inspectors, and experts holding international qualifications such as FGA, DGA, and GIA. It is equipped with more than 400 precision testing instruments. Its service scope comprehensively covers the identification and grading of over 100 types of gemstones and jade, diamond 4C grading, jadeite grading, pearl grading, chicken‑blood stone grading, non‑destructive and arbitration testing of precious metals (gold, silver, platinum, palladium), safety analysis of hazardous elements including hexavalent chromium and nickel release for imitation jewelry, as well as material identification of common rosewood and other precious woods such as agarwood. The division is also qualified to undertake national and provincial quality supervision sampling, e‑commerce platform quality control inspections, judicial appraisals for public security and court authorities, and testing for consumer disputes. In addition, the division provides voluntary product certification, professional vocational training for jewelry and gemstone identification, and jewelry value assessment services. On the research front, the division has undertaken multiple provincial‑level research projects in areas such as pearls, chicken‑blood Stone, Qingtian stone, and synthetic diamonds. It has been granted 6 invention patents and published over 50 papers, including 28 papers indexed in SCI/EI.
Guided by the core principles of "impartiality, efficiency, communication, and integrity," and leveraging its role as the secretariat of the standardization technical committee, the division is committed to delivering one‑stop, high‑quality testing and technical services to industry enterprises, regulatory authorities, and consumers, thereby continuously contributing to the order and prosperity of the gold and jewelry market.
